These laws also regulate the taxation of energy use. An energy lawyer, sometimes known as an energy law attorney, is a legal professional who focuses on giving legal advice and representation in energy-related situations. Energy lawyers are involved in a wide range of legal issues including the production, distribution, and consumption of energy resources after receiving an Energy Law degree.
