What does full time n part time in a course mean. In full time course what is d mandatory attendance required to pass for bachelors degree

I want to go for management in future so want to go for BBA but to keep other sides open i want to do B COM too. is it possible to do so, is it a right decision? so i want to know how can i manage to do this n how will doing part time help or is it necessary to do full time for betterment.
