What does NGE category in CUSAT means? What is the difference between NGE and general category? I scored 1470 CUSAT rank.

Hi Anitha,
NGE is non-general category means you will get reservation through this category. However, you will not get any reservation in general category. As your CUSAT rank is 1470, you can easily get admission through general category itself in your favorite branch. If you are not from general

The seniors are saying that for general category rank should fall under 100. But mine is 262 for MBA. Should I wait or proceed with other college.
