An MBA (Masters in Business Administration) is one of the most desired graduate degrees in India. The degree is versatile and used all over the world, and can offer a major lift to anyone's career. An MBA program is great for acquiring a comprehensive perception of all the different aspects that make up business, especially for those who may not be sure what area of business befits them best. Even if you go into an MBA program thinking you want to pursue a career in financing, you will come out of the program well-versed in a variety of other areas as well. Not just in the 21st century but I think MBA is relevant (and hence demandable) in coming many centuries because MBA isn't just a degree but signifies that who you actually are. Many people say business schools have a lot to answer for and are not doing much to make anything better for society or to help students fill non-traditional roles. They also blame management education for the greed in society. Executive education and corporate training units are hugely profitable for business schools, but because this business is profitable it is attracting a lot of new players. MBAs are too academic in their focus. Pedagogy revolves around lecturing and case-based teaching. Problem is the disconnect between research and the role of business schools in preparing students for their future positions in the business worl

MBA program is more of dealing with dynamic changing situations rather than the theoretical knowledge. It not only fetch you a degree but help you understand people in your real life to.
