The scholarship money can be used to pay the tuition fees, room and board expenses, books and other education materials, living expenses, research and lab fees. There may be scholarships that can give students a one-way ticket fare also, while other scholarships may waive off the applicant's tuition and accommodation fees also. It completely depends on the university or the scholarship provider as to what they wish to waive for international students.
