what education is suitable for me,i serving in army i complete B.com (plain),only 06 years service left,with the benifit of army (kotha).
Mostly any army personal,get an job in company in security,management,butdueto short knowledge we only get low wage salary,what i can do as i get security officer,higher management authority in reputed companylike in aviation,birla,tata companys etc or any other side you reccomended

Dear Debashish, employment opportunities and posts are directly proportional to your education background and experience. You had joined army after 12th and then got trained for many years by the Army. You even got chance to improve your education while in service. You are getting salary

Hi Debashish,
I am working in plant of BIRLA and just looking the working culture as well as the conditions of security personnel,
Better to work in Army and do B.Ed parallel yours job and there are reservation in teaching field.
Also in Police department is suitable on experience basis.
