What eligibility and qualifications are required to do Diploma in training and development?

Generally, as far as the basic qualification is considered, a Bachelor degree is good to have or of course more if you do like. As far as percentage cut off is concerned, it could vary from company to company. The course background could be an MBA, BE, B.com/BBM/BA etc. It is not necessarily a must to have certain background only. However, the education background helps to assure the recruiters that you have a thorough skill set and specialisation in a certain area. If that area of interest is what their company can relate to, then nothing like it. Good experience in actual training and development will prove much more beneficial.
