What else can I do other than BE after preparing for JEE Mains? I prepared for JEE Mains but I want to join anything other than BE.

The best you can do is study arts or political science and prepare for banking and civil services. You can also go for forensic science, cyber security, web development or data scientist courses which do not require a degree and these graduates are working well across the world without any degree.
