What else should I do apart from joining Career Launcher for the preparation of CAT to get into IIM A, B and C?

I just passed+2 with 85.40 with commerce stream.

It is a step in the right direction to study for CAT. Although, since you just joined college it is also important to make a good profile and do things that you enjoy doing be it sports, cultural or academic. So, don't sacrifice your college for CAT.
