What engineering disciplines are generally thought to have high academic difficulties?

The perceived difficulties could be different for different students. For example if a student does not have a flair for learning engineering drawings then he/she might find civil & mechanical engg tougher to study. One cannot generalize that this particular discipline of engg is academically tough.
