Every University has their own set of selection criteria. English Proficiency scores are one of the very important aspect of the criteria. IELTS and TOEFL are accepted by ETH Zurich. The MS Course at ETH Zurich eligibility criteria:

A UG degree with a minimum (180 ECTS)
Good extracurricular activities
