Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (SVECW) accepts EAMCET scores for admission to B.Tech. The minimum eligibility for admission to B.Tech is 50% marks in 10+2 level with Science subjects having Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

The following entrance exam results are accepted by Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (SVECW) for admission to the B.Tech program:
1. EAMCET (Engineering, Agriculture, and Management Council of Telangana State).
2. PGECET (Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test).
3. ICET (Integrated Common Entrance Test).
The minimum graduating degree requirement for admission to SVECW's B.Tech programme is 50%. The college provides M.Tech courses as well as B.Tech courses with seven specializations. The B.Tech courses have a maximum of 180 seats available, whereas the M.Tech and MBA courses have a set maximum of 18 and 60 seats, depending.
