<p>UPES Law School offers admission to the BA LLB (Hons) course on a merit and entrance score basis. Hence, aspirants can get admitted either through examination pathway or non-examination pathway. Mentioned below are the accepted exams and the criteria:</p><ul><li><strong>Examination</strong>: ULSAT (UPES Legal Studies Aptitude Test)</li><li><strong>Non-Examination Pathway</strong>: CLAT Merit/L-SAT India Merit - CLAT AIR ranking up to 15000/L-SAT India Percentile of 60 percentile or above will be exempted from appearing in ULSAT.</li><li><strong>Board Merit</strong>: Aspirants with 75% marks in Class 10 and 12 main five subjects (English as one of the compulsory Subject) are exempted from ULSAT.</li></ul><p><span lang="EN-GB">Moreover, up to 20% of seats shall be filled through the Board Merit/CLAT AIR/L-SAT India Category.</span></p>
