Admission to MBBS at ACMS Army College of Medical Sciences is not done based on the scores obtained in any entrance exam. To be eligible for the course, the candidate must have passed class 12th in a relevant stream from a reputed board with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.

As of now we all know that the Admission for Army college of Medical Science are through NEET examination conducted by CBSE New Delhi. the candidate must meet the eligibility criteria and cutoff of the available programme.
Now days the cutoff offs are so High like 600+ and sometimes it got higher in between 700-715.
