What exactly happens in selection process? Do we have GD or just essay writing and personal interview?

Hi,
You will have an Essay Writing and personal interviews. Please note that there is a cut off to apply based on the Test Scores - MAT/CAT/ZAT etc.

Thanku so much for the reply,i have 53% in graduation and have a score of 83.5 percentile in mat,can u pls let me know how good r my chances
