International Relations (IR) is the study of the interconnectedness of politics, economics, and law on a global level, which deals with various streams and disciplines. The study of IR presents a globally oriented perspective on various issues of human development and civilization. IR as a subject is interdisciplinary as it covers fields such as political Science, history, and economics to examine topics such as human rights, global poverty, the environment, global ethics, and the political environment. Each country has international relations officers and a department as that communicate on behalf of the nation to maintain peace and security and focus on Human Rights and environmental protection. It is a 3-year programme. The candidate must have passed Class 12 in the Humanities stream with Political Science as one of the subjects from a recognised board with a minimum of 45percent aggregate.
