Hi, You can write both the exams. As with each exam different colleges are attached. I would suggest choose the one in which you want to study and then apply.

Hello, It depends on the college which you want to get into. If you clear CAT exam with a good percentile you can apply to all b school s all over INDIA. Also b schools like LIBA and Great lake in Chennai doesn't accept TANCET. If you want to get into LIBA or Great lakes go ahead with CAT. Other top MBA schools like ssn school of management, psg, TSM, anna university and all other colleges under Anna University you can get into it through good scores in TANCET. TANCET is comparatively much more easier than CAT exam. All the best.
  • You can mainly focus on TANCET. It is a little easy compared to CAT. Also if you want to get into any MBA Schools within Tamilnadu, a TANCET score is enough.
