What exams do I need to take in order to get into an engineering college that guarentees a job for me when I'm out of my engineering college

There is no entrance exam that can assure you guaranteed job after completion of your engineering. But chances are more if you study in IIT, BIT, Jadavpur University, IIsc, IIIT Hyderabad, etc.

I am afraid this is wishful thinking. Of course all colleges will try to place you after graduation but no-one can guarantee that. Many a times it's a question of job availability at the time of your passing out which is four years from today. But let me assure you that if you are willing to do hard work, you are bound to get job & shine in it. Best wishes to you.
