What extra skills should I go acquire with online PGDM in healthcare management?

I am a physiotherapist, I wanted to go into management, so I joined online PGDM in healthcare management from Welingkar, so I can work or do internship in this industry to get work experience? Is this the right approach and since it is an online program, can I do other courses too?

Good Communication, fluent in English multiple languages, good knowledge of computer etc.
