    BITS Scholarship Endowment Fund is created to provide scholarships (financial assistance) to meritorious students with a constrained financial background. The fund aims to create an endowment of INR 2 crore, which shall be invested as a Fixed Deposit and the interest generated shall be used to fund the scholarship. At present, Merit-Cum-Means Scholarships are awarded to students whose annual family income from all sources is less than INR 8 lakh.
