What financial assistance options are available at BMS Institute of Technology?

<p>BMS Institute of Technology provides 3 different scholarships, wherein, the first one is on a quota basis. It provides scholarships to candidates from the SC/ST category based on certain eligibility criteria. It offers a defence personnel quota, wherein, candidates with parents serving in the defence establishment may secure a seat along with a scholarship. There is a minority quota, for which students belonging to a minority community are eligible to avail a scholarship. Students can apply for a scholarship based on their eligibility for the schemes under the National Scholarship Portal.&nbsp;The second set of scholarships consists of the BM Sreenivasaiah merit-cum-means based scholarship and the BS Narayan Memorial scholarship. The third scholarship is named as Jindal Scholarship, wherein, candidates are eligible as per the agencies/ private trusts/ societies/ companies etc. set norms.</p>
