What further studies can I do with a Bachelors in Visual Arts (Animation and Multimedia) degree?
I am 12th pass, looking for a career in Animation.

Normally all the subjects in such courses are related to Animation, art, design related and 1 communication ( English ) subject is included . Hence after such degrees , one can easily opt the masters in the same , but yes some of the institutes also offers distance MBA programmes .
