What further studies options do I have after engineering and 1 yr of Work-Exp ? I want to study and stay in India itself. Please help.
I do not want to pursue Masters in technical area. What other options do I have apart from MBA ?

Even MBA is today not limited to HR, Marketing, Finance and IT . and many institutions are offering various specializations so that one can select career in their own preferred industry and domain. First decide your preferred industry and role which perhaps you have been dreaming since you were a child which too many have gone through changes but something you must be still very passionate about. Once you let me know a few of your preferred fields . I can suggest you better. -
