Minimum GPA requirements for different programs at Ontario Tech University are given below.
- Master's Programs: 3.0 on a 4.3 scale
- Doctoral Programs: 3.3 on a 4.3 scale
- Graduate Diploma Programs: 2.7 on a 4.3 scale
