Southern Illinois University Edwardsville expects a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.6 or higher on a scale of 4 from international students. Along with this, students must submit their high school transcripts, standardized scores, English language test scores, and program-specific requirements. Students are recommended to aim for higher scores than the minimum requirements to improve their chances of selection. In addition, students must gain relevant experience and take part in extracurricular activities, as the university gives preference to those who have these factors.
