What happen when i absent in internal exam and i pay full fee this year also is any option to pay only exam fee please tell complete procedu

I paid full fee to 2nd year i.e 58000 but i absent in internal exam then i attend 3 theory papers of 3rd semester and i passed in them,in my result that marks displayed but in term work column AB was written then i left 4th sem also now what is options i have can i continue and what is fee
