Internal exams are of 25% of the total score and are important to pass by atleast 40% in your semester exams. Out of 25 marks 5 are for the college attendance and remaining 20 are for tests and assignments. So it is quite important to try to score well in tests or maintain a healthy attendance of above 85% to get 5 full marks. However if you fail the internals and pass the externals you may or may not pass in your paper for that semester that depends on concerned teachers and your class participation.
