Three terms are taken for each subject in JIIT sector 62. The passing score for each subject is a total of 15 marks in all three terms. So considering the scenario where a student is not able to score 15 marks, he has to repeat the subject in his next to next semester like if he is in 5th semester then he will have to repeat it in 7th semester.

If a student fails in an internal exams then they have to give supplementary exams which are conducted right just after your end seems exams, in which you can get maximum grade C only.
