If a student fails in Internal Exams He/She has to give Re-exam and for that you need to fill the AT/KT form for reexamination and these exams will be scheduled with your next semester examinations.

If a student at Lakshmi Narain College of Technology, Bhopal, misses an internal exam, they must fill out an AT/KT exam form to make up for the missed internal exam. I advise you to pay more attention to internal exams and avoid failing them as this will maintain a strong CGPA value.
