What happens if a student fails internal exams in ALC - Asian Law College Noida?

These examinations have 7 subjects I. e. 5 main University subjects and 2 subjects that are for the Diploma and certification courses. If a students fails in any of the 5 subjects in the internal examinations, they have an discretion to reappear in the same. However, a person who does not pass the Diploma subjects are supposed to reappear or they would not receive the required Certificate of completion.
