In Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, there is no pass or fail in the internal exams. However the marks maybe, they can write the end semester exams and have to get minimum passing marks to pass the examination.

There will be periodical 1, periodical 2 and end semester examinations for theory subjects. So the total weightage of the marks would be calculated as 25:25:50 - periodical 1: periodical 2 : end semester. If the student missed the end semester, there will be missed periodicals.
