If you fail in End term then you'll get chance to reappear with the other students who appeared and had back, so you'll get the chance to appear at the time of repeat examination of the students who failed.
Secondly you don't fail in Mid terms its of 25 marks. Apart from mid term you'll be giving projects, assignments and presentation every semester. You must take mid term and projects seriously. So you don't have to work hard during end terms.
