What happens if a student fails internal exams in School of Engineering, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Coimbatore?

<p>There is no pass or fail in internals in Amrita College. If the students get less marks in internals then they should work hard and get more marks in end semester exams.The internals and end semester weightage would be 50:50 for theory subjects. 60:40, 70:30 like wise. These ratio of internals for a particular subject will be different from each subject. The ratio of internals and end semester will be decided by the subject mentors. So if the students get less marks in internals they should get more marks in end semester. So there is no fail and pass for internal exams and there is no minimum marks needed to pass in internals and to write end semester exams. You have to get overall minimum marks to pass in subject.</p>
