    The second stage is the SSB, which lasts five days at the designated center. The process goes like this:
    1. On day one, there is a screening process with tests like the verbal, non-verbal, and PPDT.
    2. The shortlisted candidates must take a psychological test the following day. This test requires them to write their first response in TAT, What, and SRT.
    3. The third day is about GTO, which consists of outdoor and indoor group activities like group planning exercises.
