What happens to previous students of Bangalore University?

Recently, Bangalore University has said, it will not allow Private Canditates, who have passed directly 2nd year P.U.C will not be allowed to enroll into degree colleges. What about those students, who aleardy have completed their degree and working? Are all there degrees will become invalid?

In fact they have become tha alumni of Bangalore University. Please see when the new rule has come into force ( I mean with effect from).
