What happens when a migration certificate is taken out from the college within the state? Can it submitted again in the same college?
I have completed my Bachelors in physics from Ranchi College, Ranchi. I took out my migration certificate. Then I again took admission for M.Sc in Ranchi University.

If you are taking admission in the same university, then you need not to take out the migration and submit it again.
