What happens with the students who are not able to score more than 7.5 CGPA? Is it easy to score 7.5 CGPA, moderate or tough?

I am assuming, you are talking about your class 12th grades. So, if you don't score more than 7.5 CGPA, then the scope of getting into good institutes narrows down.
