  • The trend for the last round closing rank for BTech in CSE at IIT Madras over the past three years (2021-2023) has been fluctuating.

The closing rank was 163 for the general category in the last round (Round 6) of JoSAA counselling in 2021. In 2022, it saw an increase, reaching 175 for the general category in the last round. Whereas, in 2023, the closing rank for the general category dipped again to 148 in the last round.

This trend indicates that the exact cut-off rank can vary slightly each year.

IIT Madras cutoff 2023 was resulted for Round 6 for JoSAA counselling. The three years cutoff data, IIT Madras witnessed a fluctuating trend for BTech in CSE course. These changes in closing ranks may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as changes in the number of seats available, the difficulty of the entrance exam, and the overall performance of applicants.
