The best course of action as of now would be to go for job and get some good relevant practical experience in your field. After few years of learning at shop floor you can think of changing the job or may be do some added certification course.

You can go for job. You can get job in private factory or in government sector.

Dear Deepak, You need to check the eligibility of the particular college in which you want to apply in 3rd semester because pattern for admission is not same in India for lateral admission specially in diploma lateral admission. All the best.
