Hi Maninder,
With a MCA degree to your profile, you can definitely seek for this as an option to pursue your career as a lecturer in degree colleges for graduate courses or teaching in schools.
Other than this you can write the UGC NET / SET exams so to be qualified to conduct lectureship in govt.

You Need a Masters Degree in that particular field in which you have to teach and you have it. So you can teach BCA, BSc(CS) students.
