It depends on your liking whether you are good at doing Administrative job or Core Civil job . If you like doing Adminship job you should go to MBA or else M.Tech !

After B.Tech in civil engineering you have two options :
1) You may opt for M.Tech if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch .
