What i don't understand is this kind of Education system going in our country ? Degree from university & courses from Private training inst.

Most Universities n Colleges give Indian students degree after 4 years of studying their syllabus, while most they don't impart u skills like (.NET, Java, PHP etc..etc.. ) that are needed in Job industry. THEN one has to turn to Private IT Training Institutes or trainee jobs/job consultancies.

University shall create a base on technical acument and Training divisions work on technical skills & horn them to manage current requirement of industry. But now even Universities have also commenced industry focussed curriculum
