For UNE admissions, the English language proficiency tests that are accepted are IELTS / TOEFL / PTE. The University of New England English language proficiency requirements are given below:

IELTS	6.0 overall, with no sub-band less than 5.5
TOEFL	213 in CBT, 79 in iBT (Must receive a rating of no less than 22 in the written component)
PTE	Overall score of 57, with no skill less than 50
