Forget about any concession in any fees, you will not get admission anywhere with this rank. Secondly, concession in fees is not based upon your rank be it AIR 1. Scholarships are provided for academic performance or EWS scheme.

those would be private colleges not worth taking. i am pursuing law and still get the offer letters. dont take that otherwise.
