What if a working professional pursue MBA on weekends? Will it have the same value as 2 years full-time MBA?

    No, it won't be same but at certain level yes because doing a regular degree will be a different scenario completely, you will be given regular tasks and your personality development will be to a greater extent than the weekend MBA. However, if you do exceptional in that course also then no worries finally it depends on your knowledge.
