It is not the end of a student's career to not get into IIT Bombay or any other elite IIT. Can IIT Bombay promise that every student in the class will receive the same package, even though the average package for its 2023 placements cohort is INR 21.82 LPA. What counts is a student's desire to pursue a career in engineering, and they shouldn't be discouraged if they don't get into IIT Bombay as long as they are prepared to put in the necessary study and are goal-oriented.

What truly matters is a student’s dream to pursue a career in Engineering and as long as they are ready to work on their learning and are focused towards achieving their goal, they must not feel defeated in case of not getting into IIT Bombay.
