what if i complete 12th with PCB now ,can i qualify pmt and get admission in MBBS or BDS ?

i have finished my graduation in Arts but i am intrested in medical course ! can i complete 12th with PCB at the age of 25 and qualify PMT,,what is the age limit for medical course ?
