What if I don't fill according to the priority dates while applying for financial aid?

I need all information regarding financial aid, when to apply and how to apply. Also, by which time of the year international students should apply for it? I am in 12th standard and looking forward to study engineering from USA in 2017.

Dear Sakshi.. each university has specific requirements and prerequisites. You should be applying before deadlines for universities to consider you for any kind of the aid. Ideally the time yo apply is beteeen August to Novermber as most of the deadlines fall post or around this soan only. You may
