What if I fail in one subject in CBSE class 12?
In case a student is unable to obtain 33 percent marks in any one subject in CBSE Class 12, they are eligible to appear for the compartment exams.

If a student appeared for compartment exam and failed in that also.will the student get one more chance to take the exam for that particular subject.?

In case you are unable to obtain 33 percent marks in one subject in CBSE 12th, you will be eligible to appear for the compartment exams for the same subject. The CBSE 12th compartment exams are held in June/July. This is a second chance to save your academic year.
