WHAT INITIATIVES IN CO-CURRICULAR,EXTRA CURRICULAR,INTERPERSONAL ACTIVITIES DOES US COLLEGES LOOK FOR?

THE MAIN REASON OF MY ASKING THIS QUESTION IS FOR GAINING ADMISSION IN EITHER MIT,STANFORD,HARVARD UNIVERSITY FOR M.TECH IN MECHNICAL ENGINEERING.
